I had a great day on Sunday attending a K Taping Workshop run by Denise Cheese.  It was a fantastic day with a small group of likeminded people and great fun.  I wanted to obtain as much knowledge about the various techniques, type of tapes and the best way to use them with plenty of hands on practice and came away with stacks of useful information.  I thoroughly recommend attending one of Denise's courses and the workshop counts towards cpd points and is accredited to UK Rural Skills.

Little Billy was a good little model and such a character.
