General

Please ensure your horse is clean and dry before treatment commences.

 

Prior to treatment, if MSEST finds the horse to be lame which has not been diagnosed, or is showing signs of illness, Treatment will not be possible.

 

MSEST may refuse to treat any horse showing signs of aggression or behaviour which could put MSEST and its handler or staff at risk of injury. 

 

Veterinary Information

Veterinary referral is needed by law for any horse under veterinary care in accordance with the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966. Horses who are healthy and not under veterinary treatment do not require consent. 

 

MSSET is unable to diagnose a condition or injury. Equine massage and soft tissue treatments are not a substitute for veterinary care but work well alongside with other complementary treatments.

 

All treatments carried out by MSEST are entirely at the owner's risk.

 

 

Payment

Payment is required at time of treatment by cash or card. 

If payment is by bank transfer, this will be required prior to appointment.
